annual leave balance management
1.Every employee have a annual leave (based on join date); - this can be setted by admin; admin can set one worked "X" year will have "Y" leave day;
for example:the employees who worked 1-5years,will have 7 days annual leave per year;
who worked 5-10years will have 10 days annual leave per year
2.The annual leave while have a “Start Date” “Expiration date” ；the employee can apply and use in the period of validity;
admin user can edit the “Expiration date” in the backend;
This is how we are planning to implement Annual Leave:
• HR/ Management will have "Annual Leave configuration" screen.
• Annual leave will be configured for a financial year, for a Business unit / department
• HR/ Management can configure the experience ranges, annual leave, start and expiry dates for each experience range.
• Annual leave will be dynamically calculated for each employee based on years of experience.
• While applying for leave, employee can avail annual leave
• HR can view the leave balance for all employees.
• Dependency : Financial Year
